The office does nothing, the claims dept can’t help with anything without adjuster approval, and adjuster? Yikes! Quote for repairs was $36k he approved $12k, and I only get $3k to start. Floor installers should only get paid $12/hr according to his estimate, and carpet padding? 500sqft for $77! (Our livingroom alone is over 500sqft) Trying to say our carpet is fine even though it sat wet for more than a week. Like it’s not going to be bridle and break when they attempt to stretch it back. Reinstalling that old carpet? Anyone willing to do it for $100? Because that’s what was approved. To remove old damaged appliances from the kitchen they are paying $22! Checks have been getting sent to an address we’ve never lived at… and instead of stop payment and reissuing? Or digitally paying me… they’re gonna try to get those same ones back to me! And good old Jason May? Doesn’t exist I don’t think. I don’t know if all State Farm is this bad but man…save yourself the trouble! Go anywhere else!"
